Systems & Storage Implementation
Modern Infrastructure, Delivered Reliably
We believe that your infrastructure must be a competitive advantage, not a perennial pain. So, with our Systems and Storage Implementation services, we are converting your old, separated systems into reliable, scalable, and high-performance architectures that support your business for years to come.
What We Do: Analysis of Our Services
We don't just "put in servers." Rather, we provide holistic transformation across systems and storage — designing, deploying, migrating, and optimizing. Our sub-services are divided into the following:
Storage Area Networks (SAN/NAS) & Clustered Storage
We implement SAN arrays, clustered NAS, or single storage (block, file, object) which achieve high availability, performance and data integrity. Our designs come to aid such features as deduplication, thin provision, snapshots, and replication.
Data Migration & System Upgrades
Migration of live loads is a sensitive task. We facilitate smooth change overs between the old and the new systems (or physical to virtual with less downtime). We then upgrade firmware, drivers, OS, and stacks of applications in a controlled and gradual way.
Monitoring, Performance Tuning & Support
When your infrastructure is live, we make sure that we constantly check the performance, optimize bottlenecks, replace failed components proactively, and maintain constant support. The aim: your systems remain ready, speedy, and dependable.
Infrastructure Assessment & Planning
We scan your existing systems, processes, and data growth patterns before any single configuration is written. We record bottlenecks, capacity limitations, and points of failure. Based on that, we create a roadmap that focuses on quick wins and scalability.
Virtualization & Hyperconverged Systems
We upgrade old physical servers by moving them to the state-of-the-art virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox, etc.). In a design, to many of our clients, we suggest the hyperconverged to mix the compute, storage, and networking of a single modular stack.
Why Choose Us?
We understand - most companies are talking similar things - but this is where we have a real advantage:
01
End-to-end responsibility
Between assessment to go-live and continued support, we have the lifecycle. You have to work with a single point of contact.
02
Real-world experience
We have converted infrastructures of small businesses to larger businesses, and we have experience with different workloads - databases, ERP, file services, virtualization, etc.
03
Minimal downtime, high confidence
We rely on our testing, fallback, and migration strategies that are business-focused.
04
Vendor-agnostic brilliance
We do not push you into a single brand. You want Dell, HPE, NetApp, Cisco, VMware, or open source - we do it.
05
Scalable and future-proof design
We design in such a way that you can scale and will not have to re-rip and replace every 3-5 years.
How We Work: Step by Step
Discovery & Kickoff
We meet your stakeholders, chart business objectives, gather architecture diagrams, and establish expectations and schedules.
Assessment & Design
We perform an environment audit, conduct performance profiling, and suggest one or more architecture choices. You do what suits your budget and development strategy.
Proof of Concept (PoC)
We develop a mini pilot setting when necessary to confirm design, verify compatibility, as well as reveal unexpected problems.
Procurement & Staging
We define hardware/software, assist with its procurement (or source it on your behalf), stage and preconfigure off-site prior to rollout.
Deployment & Migration
In a period of migration, we set up new infrastructure, recreate or migrate running systems, test application behavior, and transition to the new environment.
Testing, Validation, and Handover
We do validation tests (failover, performance, recovery), document configuration and processes, and train your team.
Ongoing Monitoring & Support
Following go-live, we keep track of health, respond to alerts, perform optimization, and continue with optimization as your usage patterns evolve.
Frequently Asked Questions
- How long does an implementation take?
It depends on the complexity of your environment. A small deployment can be completed in 4-6 weeks, while larger and multi-site migrations can require 3-4 months. During kickoff, I’ll provide a tailored timeline. - Will there be downtime during migration?
Our aim is to have minimum downtime. There are numerous migrations between off-hours that are performed through replication or live migration. Any downtime windows are planned and agreed in advance. - Do you deal with the hardware that is already there?
Yes, we are able to re-use hardware (when compatible), incorporate it into older systems, or roll it out over time. We will advise on what produces the most cost-effective, long-term solution. - What if we grow faster than expected?
All our designs include headroom and modular scalability. Scaling compute, storage, and nodes can be done without significant redesign. - How do you ensure data integrity and failure resiliency?
We use tools such as RAID, clustering, replication, snapshots, consistency checks, and frequent verification. Reliability is verified by the use of disaster recovery plans and failover testing.
